Housing Cancellations

Students who are not bound by the Residency Policy are eligible to cancel their housing if desired. See the timeline below for cancellation deadlines and corresponding penalties.

For New and Continuing Students - Spring 2024

For Continuing Students - Academic Year 2024-2025

June 1-30	Loss of $400 deposit + $300 cancellation fee
July 1-31	Loss of $400 deposit + $400 cancellation fee
August 1 or later	Loss of $400 deposit + $500 cancellation fee

For New Incoming Students - Academic Year 2024-2025
