Hearing on the Draft Social Statement on Civic Life and Faith
The ELCA is developing a social statement on civic life and faith, which covers the First Amendment, relationship of church and state, and dialogue across differences. Speakers from the University community and the Lutheran Office of Public Policy in Sacramento will introduce the draft social statement, then invite feedback and public comment.
