Join us for lunch after chapel to celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Heritage Month with keynote speaker Dayna Barrios, Native community leader and the former chairwoman for the Barbareño/Ventureño Band of Mission Indians. Dayna will share stories about her Chumash ancestors and how faith has been present in their traditions and culture.

This is a great opportunity to learn about California Native History and heritage, as we continue to build a beloved community under the theme of Healing and Restoration. This event will present information to spark the audience's curiosity and invite them to reflect on how faith inspires communities and individuals throughout history.
